How My Approach to Pain Relief Is Different
Pain relief in Austin doesnβt have to mean repeating the same massage or temporary treatment over and over. My sessions are designed to help identify what may be contributing to your pain and find practical ways to improve how you feel and move.
I work with clients dealing with back and hip pain, neck and shoulder tension, headaches, sciatica, repetitive strain, mobility problems and other persistent aches and pains. Sessions may combine movement, stretching, compression, positioning and hands-on techniques based on what works best for you.
My goal isnβt to force your body into a particular technique or sell you on a single modality. We look at what hurts, how you move, what seems to improve it, and what you can do between sessions to continue making progress.
